With over 20 years of international experience in leadership, management, and organizational transformation across Europe and Africa, Cristina Leandro Faria has held top executive positions at various levels of decision-making, including General Manager and Chief Executive Officer, in highly complex environments.
He has worked directly on critical organizational transformation initiatives, including interim management roles in organizational restructuring, transition, and rebuilding projects.
Throughout his career, he has worked with executives, leadership teams, and organizations to develop executive skills, management capabilities, decision-making abilities, and strategic alignment through mentoring, executive coaching, and organizational consulting.
For over 25 years, he has been dedicated to research in quantum intelligence as applied to human and organizational development, having studied under leading international experts in this field and developed his own methodology tailored to the African context.
She is the author of proprietary executive diagnostic and development tools, as well as the "Leading in Angola in Times of Change" Playbook series, designed to help leaders address the specific challenges of the Angolan market.
