We take an organizational lens that does not view challenges in isolation or as linear, but rather as part of an interdependent system in which decision-making, behavior, culture, and execution influence one another in the day-to-day operations of organizations.
We call this an integrated, systemic, and contextual approach, developed based on the reality of African organizations, where formal and informal factors coexist and directly influence performance.
Before undertaking any intervention, we conduct a thorough analysis of the organization’s current situation, because in practice, the visible symptoms often do not reflect the true root cause of the challenges.
